See the roadmap< Agentic First />
The Agentic Company Operating System, ACOS for short, gives every department an accountable AI agent. You describe once how a process should run. After that it runs.
Four departments, four accountable agents, one human who sets the rules.
Code Hive is moving its own operations onto agents, department by department. That is why we know where this gets difficult in practice, not just on a slide.
What we offer you is running in our own business. That is the difference between talking about AI and working with it.
Four steps from the first call to running operations. After each one you know the cost and what happens next.
In 30 minutes we learn what your company does, and you learn how we would help. No sales pressure, no cost.

We analyse the current situation and design the solution. The result is the digital roadmap with scope, architecture and sequence.

Your solution takes shape in two-week sprints. You test every increment and can change course before cost accrues.

We handle the go-live and take care of updates, maintenance and security. New requests are built in a separate development branch.

Four points where projects are won or lost. On the left what clients report from earlier projects. On the right how we handle it.
Unclear rates, add-on items and retroactive surcharges make projects unpredictable and push budgets up.
Holiday, illness or a specialist topic and everything stops. Knowledge sits with one person, the client carries the risk.
Beautiful screens are not a solution. Without architecture, automation and operational experience you get technical debt and follow-up cost.
Selling time without owning the outcome creates handover risk and little commitment. Every new booking is a blind date.
We quote before we build, deliver at the agreed price and invoice once the feature is finished. Whether that is a fixed-scope project, a per-sprint agreement or a monthly support plan.
Our cross-functional team covers strategy, engineering and operations. Every project is documented as it goes, so a handover inside the team is always possible.
We think about the product and the business, put impact before effort, and build systems that earn money, cut cost and scale.
Named people own the result, communicate openly and deliver. We also tell you when a project does not make sense.
Twelve projects from industry, retail, energy and public administration. Every one of them is in production.

Your project is not on this list yet. That can change.
More than 60 companies and public bodies work with us. Nine of them explain why.
“No other system meets more requirements while staying this extensible. [...] Unique value for our customers.”
Francis Seijas“They understood our vision for a training app immediately and delivered it technically. [...] We are proud of the result.”
Christoph Schamber“With the first intelligent bollard we are trying something new. [...] It clearly improves safety in public space.”
Dr. Albert Käuflein“Code Hive convinces through expertise and speed. Instead of long alignment rounds, things get built, precisely and quickly.”
Bernd Mussgnug“Small everyday questions or large projects: always reachable, reliable, results you can count on. The partner you hope for.”
Marko Cacic“The solution is the core of our plant controls. [...] We save time and see noticeably more enquiries.”
Andreas Bürgi“Our products are maintained in one place and sold automatically on Amazon and eBay. [...] My investment pays off.”
Thomas Pochner“You win back valuable time and always have a contact who proposes solutions that pay off.”
Gerin Krämer“Based on a first estimate of the time we save, the investment pays for itself within a single year.”

Code Hive is run by managing director Felix Wenz together with the partners as co-owners. Employees can become partners, each with their own responsibility for projects and business areas.
This is not a line for the website. It is the reason nobody here has to wait for an approval from above. Decisions are made where the work happens.
WebTeam24
Websites for small and mid-sized companies. Built fast, no page builder, runs on any hosting. Same people, same standard, smaller scope. This website was built with it.

“We solve our clients' projects as if the company were our own.”

Founder and Managing Director, Managing Partner
Sold his first piece of software at 15, founded his first company at 24 and has been building better solutions for clients ever since. Studied at KIT in Karlsruhe, then built WebRealisierung, and since 2022 Code Hive in Mannheim with its partner model.

Our office sits in the Quadrate in Mannheim. We reach the Rhine-Neckar and Rhine-Main regions in under an hour, for workshops, for equipment in the field and for agile teams on your site. Everything else is remote, across Germany.
We name the range once we know scope and goal. That is what the concept phase is for: in one week we produce the digital roadmap with scope, architecture and sequence. On that basis we quote a fixed price per feature or per sprint. You are invoiced when the feature is finished, not for hours spent.
That is the normal case, which is why we work in two-week sprints. A new requirement is written up as its own feature, gets its own fixed price and is prioritised together with you. You decide what gets built next and see a result after every sprint.
The transfer of rights of use is settled in the contract. Independently of that, we document every project as we go: concept, technologies used, operations and a quick-start guide. That documentation is part of the delivery and makes a handover possible at any time.
The same people stay responsible after go-live. We monitor the systems, apply updates and get in touch before something becomes critical. Our principle is to find causes and prevent outages rather than earn money from them. Scope is agreed as a monthly support plan or per case.
ACOS stands for Agentic Company Operating System. A chatbot answers questions, an agent runs a process. In ACOS every department, meaning marketing, sales, operations and finance, gets one accountable managing agent. Together with you we write the standard operating procedures for that department, and the managing agent creates sub-agents that run and control them around the clock.
Before the setup we establish which data an agent actually needs and limit access to that. For the processing we sign a data processing agreement. Models, hosting and tools are chosen according to your requirements, including operation on European infrastructure. Which services are used is written down in the roadmap.
You define that per procedure. Every standard operating procedure states what the agent may do by itself, where a human has to approve and which metric measures the result. Every step is logged so you can retrace what happened.
The starting point is a workshop with the departments, not with IT alone. The people who run the process today describe how it really works. That becomes the standard procedure. Agents then take over the repetitive steps, while the decisions stay in the house.
The funding landscape has changed considerably. Several well-known federal programmes have ended, while state programmes and subsidised loans remain, with conditions that differ by region and company size. We check what fits your project in the first call, and we say so plainly when nothing does.
Yes. Our office is in Mannheim and we reach the corridor from Frankfurt to Karlsruhe in under an hour. We work on site where it helps the project, for workshops, for equipment in the field or in agile teams at your premises. The rest is remote, across Germany.

You have written some code and want to get seriously good at it? We build modern systems and host them in our own Kubernetes cluster. Agile delivery is a given, after work we head to the coding dojo, and to the gym on the way there.
Nothing happens without coffee, we all speak fluent JavaScript, the correct answer to "Star Trek or Star Wars" is of course "Babylon 5", and pineapple on pizza is strictly forbidden. Except for Aaron.
We reply to every application.
