Custom software at a fixed price.

Applications that follow your process exactly. Quoted after the concept phase, invoiced per finished feature, documented for the day someone else takes over.

Software that follows your process, not the other way round.

Off-the-shelf software forces your company into someone else's procedures. Custom software does it the other way round. We build it so that it is still extensible in five years.

Web applications

Internal tools, portals and platforms in the browser. No installation, on any device, with roles and permissions.

Mobile applications

Apps for iOS and Android or as a progressive web app. Offline capable where there is no connection.

Interfaces

Integration with ERP, CRM, PIM, shop and machines, so data is captured once and used everywhere.

Data model and architecture

A clean model, documented decisions, automated tests. The reason extensions stay affordable later.

Security and operations

Roles, logging, backups, monitoring. Also for environments with strict requirements, such as the public sector.

Handover and documentation

Concept, technologies, operations and a quick-start guide, so your IT or another supplier can carry on.

What drives the price.

Five factors determine effort and cost. After the concept phase we know all five and quote a fixed price.

  • Functional scope. Every function a user sees means design, build, test and operation.
  • Roles and permissions. Two roles are simple. Ten roles with different views are a topic of their own.
  • Integrations. A documented interface is routine. A grown legacy system without documentation is research.
  • Security and operations. An internal tool has different requirements from an application holding personal data.
  • Design. A functional tool is finished faster than a product meant to delight customers.

That is why we do not quote before we know these five points. The way to get there is the digital roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

When does custom software beat off-the-shelf software?

Whenever your process is the reason customers buy from you. Off-the-shelf is cheaper as long as you adapt to it. As soon as you have to bend it, patch it with spreadsheets or maintain data twice, the maths has flipped. We also tell you when a standard product is enough.

How do you arrive at a fixed price?

After the concept phase. That is where the digital roadmap is written, with scope, architecture and sequence. On that basis we quote a fixed price per feature or per sprint. You are invoiced when the feature is finished and accepted by you.

What does a web app cost roughly?

It depends on five things: functional scope, number of user roles, integration with existing systems, security and operational requirements, and the level of design. We give a reliable range after the concept phase, not before. A number without knowing your case would be a guess.

What happens when requirements change?

We work in two-week sprints. A change is written up as its own feature, gets its own price and is prioritised by you. You decide what gets built next.

Which technologies do you use?

TypeScript with Angular on the front end, Ionic and React Native for mobile, NodeJS with NestJS and PHP on the back end. We run workloads in containers, among others in our own Kubernetes cluster. The selection follows your case and what you can maintain long term.

Who operates the application after go-live?

We can, with monitoring, updates and support. Or your IT department, in which case we hand over with operations and quick-start documentation. Both are planned for, and neither is a one-way street.
