Recording
Two to three hours with the people who run the procedures. We listen instead of working through a form.
One week from the current state to a list that tells you which measure pays off first, with benefit, effort and sequence for each point.
The most expensive digitalisation is the one that starts with the wrong process. The roadmap sorts your plans by impact and effort before budget is committed.
Two to three hours with the people who run the procedures. We listen instead of working through a form.
Which systems run, where they end, where data is moved by hand. Media breaks are the most common finding.
Every measure gets an assessment of benefit, effort and dependencies. That produces the sequence.
A roadmap you can read without us and implement with any supplier. Written vendor neutral.
With a project
If the roadmap leads to a joint project, it is part of the concept phase and costs you nothing.
Standalone
You only want the roadmap, without a follow-up project. That is fine. You get the same document.
Funding
Whether your project qualifies for funding depends on region, size and programme. We check that with you in the first call.
Book a first call. Afterwards you decide whether a roadmap makes sense.
A document of roughly 15 to 25 pages describing the current state of your procedures and systems, naming the gaps and deriving a prioritised list of measures. For each measure it states the benefit, the estimated effort and where it belongs in the sequence. The roadmap is vendor neutral and stays with you, even if you continue with someone else.
One week from the point where we have the documents and the contacts. That includes a recording session of two to three hours, the analysis and the presentation of the results.
As the entry point into a joint project it is free of charge. As standalone consulting without a follow-up project it costs 499 euros once, plus VAT. Afterwards you are free to decide whether and with whom you implement.
The funding landscape has changed considerably. Several well-known federal programmes have ended, while state programmes and subsidised loans remain, with conditions that differ by region and company size. We check what fits your project in the first call, and we say so plainly when nothing does.
One contact who knows the procedures, access to the people in the affected departments and an overview of the systems in use. We do not need credentials for this.
No. The roadmap belongs to you and is written so that any supplier can implement it. We would rather you decide after the roadmap with knowledge than before it on instinct.
